Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a House Flipping Investment Analyst. The House Flipping Investment Analyst will be responsible for analyzing real estate market trends, conducting property research, evaluating investment opportunities, and creating financial models for house flipping projects. The Analyst will also assist in developing property acquisition strategies and optimizing return on investment.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience in real estate market analysis
- Financial modeling and investment evaluation skills
- Knowledge of house flipping strategies
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of house flipping regulation in Texas
- Experience in construction, renovation projects and contractors management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field
