Job Title: Application Support Analyst (ERP Systems)

Status: Long Term Contract

Location: Primarily remote but seeking local candidate with flexibility to be onsite anywhere from 1-3 days a week or as needed to handle support

A top client of ours is currently seeking an ERP Applications Analyst to join the team for an active long-term project. We are seeking someone locally in the Lehigh Valley area to be able to work onsite 1-3 days per week with the possibility of additional days on an as needed basis. Candidates are expected to have strong analysis skills and have overall exposure to Applications/Security and Networking support. Current and prior ERP Applications support is required to be successful in this position.

Role Requirements/Responsibilities:

Analyst support of ERP Applications.
Handle and support Tier 2 and 3 tickets
Onboarding/Offboarding of users
Troubleshooting hardware issues
Working on projects for system upgrades
Interface and collaborate with IT Teams and vendors to troubleshoot security/network issues
Nice to have applications to have exposure to: Allscripts Supply Chain / Financial Management systems, MM Hayes - cash register system, Lynx security system, Jonas Fitness Center and CCure security system
Ongoing maintenance - supporting and developing assigned applications as well as implementing new products.
Troubleshoot and research technically challenging issues with integrated systems providing proposed solutions.
Test and verify software releases, upgrades, and any changes prior to the promotion of code to the production environment.
Generate and update relative documentation: requirements, specifications, change control, end user documentation.
Provide training for applications to the end user community informing them of new release features/functionality, changes/revisions, etc.
Create and route required operational and management reporting needs as required by management and regulatory agencies.
Ability to analyze, diagnose, support, and implement process/operational change.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with various teams cross functionally; IT Management, Staff, Consultants and Administrators strong customer first mindset required.
Actively assist the project team coordinating project tasks and utilizing project management skills for specific tasks.
Strong process improvement and project management skills.
Level 3 support for Application related issues.
Strong Customer Service Orientation and ability to follow through on issue resolution.
