As a Manager Handling (Warehouse Manager) you duties may include:
* Lead local handling team and steers external handling providers.
* Responsible for achieving local handling targets as defined by the Head of Sales and Handling (F/GC).
* Management of all A/C and WH handling processes at the stations in the geographical area.
* Management of necessary interfaces with airport, customs and other external authorities.
* Contribution to LCAG Supplier Relationship Mgt. (SRM) activity.
* Implementation of regional/local measures meant for the support of the worldwide Handling strategy.
* Manages, encourages, guides and evaluates team members, including agency staff contracted by LCAG.
* Ensure quality and adheres to Quality manual procedures takes responsibility for quality system.
* Responsible for handling cost and budgets.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.

An ideal Manager Handling (Warehouse Manager) must fulfill the following requirements:
* High School diploma/GED required.
* College degree/vocational training and bachelor degree desirable.
* Min. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the logistics or airline industry.
* Good knowledge of comparable international airline/ logistics industry structures.
* English required.
* Advanced professional operations know how and skills in an airline or logistics environment.
* Computer skills as user: MS office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
* Must possess a valid drivers license.
* Willingness to take assessment screening.
* Willingness to travel.
