The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.


RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Provide direct patient care for reproductive and Women s Health patients.
  • Perform diagnostic and monitoring ultrasounds, including transvaginal and abdominal ultrasounds.
  • Perform follicular ultrasounds as well as uterine evaluation ultrasounds.
  • Complete case management of patients undergoing IVF treatment, including mapping out pre-cycle testing, projected treatment calendars, and education schedules.
  • Educate patients on the IVF/Fertility preservation process, genetic testing/screening, medication actions, and self-injection education.
  • Actively manage patients' treatment protocols and explain available technologies/tests to help patients make treatment decisions.
  • Conduct phone/portal triage of patient medical complaints and provide advice and/or take necessary action.
  • Chart in EMR and schedule appointments in electronic scheduling programs.
  • Assist physicians with procedures and positively interact with all team members and patients.
  • Coordinate cycles, including IVF, ovulation induction, surrogacy, mock cycles, FET cycles, FDAs, egg donation cycles, and sperm donor cycles, including all screening.
  • Clearly document the plan of care with attention to detail using an EMR system.
  • Pre-Op patients for surgical procedures such as egg retrievals.
  • Administer medications when needed and perform diagnostic procedures such as saline sono-endometrial biopsies.
  • Potentially assist with retrievals and transfers in the future.
  • Assist physicians in providing informative and effective communication with patients.
  • Confirm that patients have appropriate medications/prescriptions.
  • Communicate orally and in writing effectively.
  • Understand and carry out all functions of the position and cooperate with administration and supervisors.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of daily work and ensure proper attendance and punctuality to ensure the practice operates efficiently and cost-effectively.


POSITION REQUIRMENTS:

  • Experience in OB/GYN and/or labor and delivery.
  • In vitro fertilization (IVF) experience (2 years preferred).
  • Active California Licensure.
  • Active NP/PA-C.
  • CPR and/or ACLS Certification (required).
  • Ability to commute or relocate


Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $110,000-$135,000 (annually)


The salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $135,000 per year. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
