**Responsibilities**
This position calls for individuals who will provide support for a program, organization, system, or enclaves information assurance program; provide support for proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies; maintain operational security posture for an information system or program to ensure information systems security policies, standards, and procedures are established and followed; assist with the management of security aspects of the information system and perform day-to-day security operations of the system; evaluate security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information; perform vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support certification and accreditation; provide configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware; manage changes to system and assess the security impact of those changes; prepare and review documentation to include Systems Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages, and System Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs).
**Qualifications**
**The following qualifications are REQUIRED to be considered for this role:**
* **Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.**
* **This position requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust/NACI clearance.**
* **A Bachelor's Degree is contractually required.**
* **A minimum of 3 years of experience relevant experience.**
* **Experience accomplishing risk management objectives using the NIST Risk Management Framework.**
* **Experience evaluating the security posture of IT systems in accordance with national security policies.**
* **Experience providing risk-based recommendations for information systems operation.**
The following experience/education/skills are PREFERRED to be considered for this role:
* Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) Certification
**Additional Requirements**
The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
