Overview

Exigo Technology Services provides IT Services to companies throughout the USA for the past 30 years. We are looking for someone that enjoys working in a highly technical and fast-paced environment. The right candidate will work directly with our Delivery Services team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general bookkeeping duties
- Work with departments to ensure timely project billing on the 15th and 30th of each month
- Generate customer agreement billing on the 1st of every month.
- Generate hardware/software invoices
- Work with accounting to solve billing issues and enter any credits into customer accounts
- Place orders with distributors and vendors (as needed)
- Manage inventory and alert sales when new orders need to be placed
- Generate financial reports if requested by executive team
- Monitor sales board for any new requests and work with sales team to fulfill orders
- Provide basic facilities management for our HQ and remote offices
- Communicate with vendors and ensure all accounts are up to date
- Assist in setting up and shipping out new devices (as needed)

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of college or equivalent work experience in similar role
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presents ideas and initiatives both formally and informal
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, resourceful and proactive team membe
