Fortune 100 Restaurant Company is seeking Fine Dining Top Flight Restaurant Operators to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager Partner.
Compensation: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00/year plus $60k annual potential bonus
Responsibilities of the General Manager Partner
- Responsible for hiring, controlling beverage and labor cost
- Responsible for maintaining health department regulations, training, and employee development.
- Train and manage kitchen, and Dining Room Team members
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements of the General Manager Partner
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 5 years experience in fine-dining/upscale casual restaurant
- Must have strong profit and loss operational knowledge
- Proven track record in full-service high-volume operation
- A desire for challenge and a talent for building high-performance teams
- A track record of stability in previous employment
