Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, organized, and energetic individual to join our fast-growing performance-based physical therapy and wellness practice as a Staff Physical Therapist. This role requires a commitment to excellence and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Valid North Carolina state physical therapy license.
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, motivated, and disciplined individual.
- A team player with a passion for making a difference.

- Familiarity with exercise modalities such as running, triathlons, CrossFit, Powerlifting, etc.

Responsibilities
Patient Care (25-30 hours/week):
- Maintain a full-time schedule, seeing a minimum of 25-30 clients per week.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine treatment needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions for various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide each client with a written home exercise plan/prescription.
Administrative Tasks (approximately 6 hours/week)
- Complete documentation for each client within 24 hours of treatment.
- Attend weekly staff meetings (1-1.5 hours).
- Maintain facility cleanliness, including cleaning equipment and treatment tables after EACH client.
Marketing
- Participate in community events, drop-ins, face-to-face meetings, and other marketing duties as assigned.

*Starting salary $70k+ with 15 days PTO and 8 paid holidays.
