**Sales Manager**
at The U.S. Water Culligan Group Virginia The U.S. Water Culligan Group is one of the largest Culligan franchisees in North America. In our 30+ years of operation, we have acquired 17 Culligan franchise businesses and numerous competitor businesses in the water treatment industry. We proudly serve Nevada, Illinois, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C.
We provide residential, office and commercial water treatment services, as well as bottled water, salt and chemical delivery. Providing industry leading products and technology, we are a service organization committed to exceeding our customers expectations and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
We are looking for an experienced sales manager to oversee sales for our three Virginia offices. The sales team currently consists of four outsides sales reps (with a need to grow to six or seven) and one inside sales coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience successfully hiring, training and mentoring a team of sales representatives, while helping an organization grow revenue and profitability. They will also have experience leading teams across large geographies.

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Oversee a team of outside and inside sales representatives, ensuring their ongoing development and improvement.
* Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives to support growth goals.
* Identify areas of opportunity to improve key metrics, such as average sale, closing percentage and ideal product mix.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and prompt response time to customer inquiries.
* Occasionally run your own in-home sales appointments that include water testing and product demonstrations.
* Build solid relationships with your installation and customer service colleagues, as well as homeowners in your territory.
* You will receive formal training to prepare you for a successful career in water treatment, with opportunities for advancement.
