Location: Culver City/Santa Clara Valley - Fully Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Hourly Pay Rate: $90.50/hr. on W2

We are seeking an enthusiastic Design Producer to support multiple product design teams with website and user experience design for various web tools and software interfaces. This person will collaborate with Design Managers and other Producers to provide overall team and project leadership. They will work closely with the design team and cross-functional partners to define project requirements, clarify design goals, lead design reviews, and ensure a quality release of the final products and features.

Key Qualifications:

7+ years as a producer/project manager in software design, digital or creative agency experience preferred.

Understanding UX/UI and software ideation, execution, and delivery processes.

Understanding of desktop, mobile, and native app design best practices.

Thorough understanding of integrating design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder teams to clarify project requirements, define design goals and strategy, execution, and delivery processes.

Ability to grasp complexity quickly, and focus on key issues while adapting to constant change.

Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling many projects and priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage cross-functional relationships while representing the design team.

Support the HI team to create project plans set key milestones, and track issues.

Lead design brainstorms and workshops.

Run meetings and design reviews. Gather key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in meeting notes.

Track and report project health weekly, including communicating status and impending or projected results.

Drive planning in partnership with the Design Manager.

Negotiate priorities for the design team given limited resources and aggressive schedules.

Please make sure to hand off design comps and specs to engineering.

Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure design integrity has remained intact during implementation.

Constantly improve processes and communications in an ever-changing, fast-paced working environment.
