What You ll Do:
- Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and execute the organization's operational strategies and goals, aligning them with our growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team. Delegate responsibilities effectively, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet operational demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and oversee the operations budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
- Establish and oversee robust quality control procedures to ensure that our foundation repair services consistently meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure a seamless supply chain, on-time deliveries, and efficient inventory management.
- Maintain vigilant oversight of inventory levels to prevent stock outs and minimize excess inventory, contributing to cost efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations and proactively implement safety protocols to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operations, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Monitor customer feedback and promptly address any operational issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction and maintain our reputation for excellence.
- Generate regular reports and updates on operational performance for senior management and stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
What You ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven track record in operations management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management.
