Title: VP, Hospitality
Location: Los Angeles, California (will consider remote for excellent candidates)
Salary: $185,000-$195,000 base (depending on experience), plus bonus

Brief Overview:
Do you love live music? Do you thrive in a creative and highly-collaborative environment? We are partnered with a marketing driven company looking for a proven leader to invest in as they reinvent the approach to promoting live events.
As the VP Hospitality, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of all hospitality programs and guest services for events. This person will be responsible for building and overseeing the following areas of hospitality: premium programs, artist relations, travel and lodging programs, catering and guest services.
The ideal candidate with have demonstrated leadership skills and experience, specifically within the live events, festival or experiential industry.
Required Skills/Experience:
- At least 10 years' experience in leading the strategy and execution of hospitality program for large-scale live events
- The ideal candidate will have experience in the live events, festival or experiential industry
- The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience
- The ideal candidate will be financially savvy and know how to build and manage budgets as well as negotiate contracts
- Passion for providing genuine hospitality and passion for live music
