They have been hugely successful in recent years and are excited to bring on someone new to join their project management team, in the form of a Senior Project Manager with digital acumen and experience working with an agile process.
As a Senior Project Manager (SPM) you will be responsible for ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets, defining and communicating timelines, resources, and quality control. They manage teams, coordinate with external parties, and maintain comprehensive project knowledge, taking proactive steps to ensure timely, budget-friendly solutions. Job Description:
- Lead projects from planning to completion, adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate team efforts, manage resources, and ensure quality.
- Monitor finances, maintain timelines, and communicate updates.
- Support client interactions, refine project specs, and manage budgets.
- Uphold project quality and exceed client expectations.
- Exhibit professionalism, flexibility, and analytical skills.
- Possess strong organizational and communication abilities.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferred in a related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working within Healthcare Advertising
- Agency experience, especially in digital projects.
- Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Familiarity with electronic project management software.
