Somerset Hills YMCA is seeking Instructors needed to teach classes in one or more of the following disciplines:
- Spin
- Strength & Conditioning
- Bootcamp
- Zumba
- Hiit Training
- TRX Pilates
- Senior Classes.
All classes are fully in person, not remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Leads a variety of fitness classes in strength and cardiovascular routines
- Builds relationships with members and staff to retain participants
- Delivers positive customer service, motivation, and support
- Creates a positive and inclusive environment for all
- Maintains quality of the fitness rooms and reports any equipment issues
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have group exercise certification
- Experience preferred, but will train
- Must be punctual and have excellent communication skills
