Responsibility


Preventative maintenance for the interior and exterior of apartment complex, nursing home, or housing development.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience in H.V.A.C. preferable but not required, we will train
  • Service heating and cooling units at all facilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveway
  • Repairs the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, painting, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical
  • Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested
  • Assure that work assignments areas are clean and equipment, tools and supplies are properly stored before leaving the area
  • Perform and complete preventative maintenance schedule as set forth by the supervisor
  • Required to be on-call for emergency conditions/situations



Experience.


HVAC or electrical experience is preferred. Must always have a calm and welcoming demeanor.

EPA 608 Universal Certification is a plus!


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to move at least 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (Sit/Stand)
  • Must be able to Navigate and Move around the facility and perform duties safely.
  • Drug free work environment. Must pass drug screen and police background check
