Introduction
Monroe Biomedical Research is one of the highest-performing clinical research centers in the country, investigating therapies for the treatment of Asthma, COPD, Heart failure, Hypertension, Diabetes, COVID-19, Obesity, Major Depressive Disorder, and Opioid Use Disorder.. The company is preparing for an expansion of its operations within the next 6 to 12 months. Our group is seeking a full-time RN, who is competent in clinical procedures, dispensing/administering investigational medications, and medical records review.
A Clinical Trial RN must become well versed in a study s requirements, have exceptional attention to detail and create an excellent environment for patient care. It requires a person who is not only amicable with patients but also meticulous in his/her work.
Roles/Responsibilities
These include but are not limited to:
- Competent and comfortable with infusions/administering IVs, injections, and vaccinations
- Organizing study patient visits
- Performing study procedures and collecting data from patients participating in a clinical trial
- Procedures may include: Blood draws, ECGs, breathing tests, vital signs, etc.
- Reviewing and processing medical records.
- Processing and package labs
- Corresponding with patients
- Scheduling and mentoring patients
- Submitting and managing study data for pharmaceutical sponsors
Qualifications/Requirements
The ideal candidates should have professional experience as an RN.
While office management will provide support and training, Clinical Trial RN are expected to be capable of working independently and take full ownership/responsibility of their assigned clinical trial.

Clinical Trial RN work and correspond with volunteer study participants and, therefore, ideal candidates will be gregarious, tactful, and amicable.
Salary and Benefits
- Starting salary: 65k to 75k
