You MUST have experience and be proficient with painting and carpentry work such as cabinetry work, interior/exterior doors, trim, framing, and drywall work. Your skills will be assessed the first week on the job to ensure you have the skills and experience required for this position.
This is a W2, full time position. You will be required to travel to job sites in the city as well as the surrounding suburban areas.
