They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Civil Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of civil litigation matters, representing clients in various disputes and legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent legal research and writing skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, personal injury claims, real estate disputes, employment disputes, and more.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to gather evidence, conduct discovery, and negotiate settlements.
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal issues related to civil litigation matters.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing with the state bar associate
- 10 Years of experience practicing civil litigation, preferably at a reputable law firm.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service excellence.
