**Inside Sales Representative**

Houston, Austin, or DFW, TX Salary + Commission (contract to perm) We are seeking to hire inside sales professionals to help build our base of nonprofit clients throughout the US. You will be responsible for qualifying and closing inbound sales leads.

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Master sales presentation and internal processes.

* Act as subject matter expert on product offerings and client solutions.

* Educate prospects on the opportunity to grow individual giving through stock gifting on our platform.

* Maintain a thorough understanding of our solution with the ability to answer questions, overcome objections and accelerate decision cycles.

* Manage a pipeline including account targeting, prioritization, forecasting and activity tracking.

**Requirements**

* 2+ years inside sales experience with history of building relationships

* Mastery of managing virtual sales processes: email, zoom presentations, virtual demos, etc.

* Adept at managing sales pipeline, activity tracking and forecasting

* Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills

* Strong organization and priority management skills

* Self-awareness, professional maturity and unquestionable integrity

* Goal-driven and results-oriented with a positive, team-oriented attitude

**Location**

* The role is mostly virtual (requiring a dedicated home workspace) but will entail in-person team meetings in Houston, Austin and/or DFW, TX.
