• Manage the facility operation (or operations if multiple sites), through both direct employees and third-party service providers
• Maintain positive, progressive, and productive attitude toward plant targets and objectives regarding reliability, accountability, safety, integrity, quality, and productivity as a unified goal.
• Select, load, install correct tooling; determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces
• Perform quality inspections of parts to produce products that exceed customer's expectations
