Contract to Hire Position

Duration: 3-6 months before converting to full time.

Type: Contract, 40 hours a week, onsite position.


We are seeking a talented Designer/Production Designer to join our team for a 3-6 month contract. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the creation and production of various materials for our high-end apartment buildings. This includes event flyers, stationary, leasing center directionals, email communications, floor plans, and other design projects as needed. Your work will play a critical role in enhancing the experience for current and prospective residents.


Responsibilities:

  • Design various materials related to apartment buildings, including but not limited to event flyers, stationary, leasing center directionals, email communications, floor plans, and more.
  • Ensure all designs align with our brand standards and maintain a high-end aesthetic.
  • Manage production work efficiently, ensuring all projects are completed within set timelines and meet the quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for each project.
  • Stay organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate progress, issues, and successes regularly with team members.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure all deliverables are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Maintain excellent communication with the team and external partners.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in design and production design, particularly within a high-end environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your work, including examples of flyers, stationary, leasing center directionals, email designs, and floor plans.
  • Excellent proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work remotely in past roles, with references available to verify successful performance in such settings.
  • Bonus: Experience in the real estate industry or working with high-end brands.
