V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Software Engineer - SharePoint/0365 III for our premier client in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Education and Experience "
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with the M365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience working in an agile environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities " - Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online, including site collection administration, site design, and customization.
- Proven ability to work closely with end users and customers to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities: - Design and propose creative solutions using SharePoint Online and the M365 Power Platform.
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with end users and customers to understand their business requirements and objectives.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide solution demonstrations.
- Continuously improve processes and solutions by staying up to date with the latest SharePoint and M365 Power Platform features and best practices.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and are delivered on time.
