Reconstruction Business Manager

Job Details

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the restoration reconstruction business covering profit delivery, customer service, and leadership for project managers and jobsite forepersons. In order to succeed in this role, you must have excellent communications, leadership, financial management, and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Select, hire, and supervise staff for the reconstruction business segment
• Deliver to the following KPIs: Profitability, Customer Satisfaction, Project Cycle Time, Revenue
• Monitor operations performance and drive issue resolution as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years' of project management experience
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training
• Must be able to show consistent delivery against profit and revenue and customer satisfaction goals from prior employment
