Mail Room Specialist

Overview: Seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our client s shipping center. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and a readiness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Take passport photos
- Process outgoing shipments using FedEx, USPS, and Client
- Use a mailing system for outbound shipments and tracking
Requirements:
- True entry-level; no experience required
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred: 1+ year experience as a notary or in a mailing role
- Preferred: Notary and/or lithium battery certification
- Must-Have Skills: Dependable, hardworking, self-starter, strong communicator, ready to learn
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Prior mailing experience
