We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our outbound call center team
As an Outbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our clients, and give them updates on their company investments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound/inbound calling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
There is availability to work from home in this role, but you would need to provide your own equipment that have to meet these qualifications: Windows 10 or 11, with at least 8GB of RAM storage
