MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS OUR HOSPITALITY RENOVATION PROJECT MANAGER As our Hospitality Renovation Project Manager, envision your day overseeing the transformation of hospitality spaces into unique, upscale environments. From crafting meticulous project plans to collaborating with clients and orchestrating resource coordination, you'll ensure each project exceeds expectations. Take charge of budgets, schedules, site visits, and quality control. Your role also involves procurement oversight, team leadership, and cultivating strong client relationships. REQUIREMENTS - Experience as a construction project manager, specifically in hospitality and renovations
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Efficient organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with ProCore construction management software and professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus!
