The Role:

The Content Production Coordinator is a strong content marketing, content management, content production and web data professional. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, always puts clients first and is driven for high performance for the company. SAPinsider will invest in training the ideal candidate for continued professional growth.


The role reports to the Vice President, Research/Content Marketing & Operations


Specific Responsibilities include

  • Lays out all research reports, buyers guides, articles, blogs and other content assets for online publishing
  • Uses our content management system (CMS) to post all content to the web site, including abstract writing, category tagging, and SEO optimization.
  • Writes compelling email copy for research survey invitations and content marketing campaigns.
  • Partners closely with our design teams to create visually appealing content templates and website pages.
  • Implements strategies to optimize content for search engines, social media platforms, and other distribution channels to increase visibility, engagement, and audience reach.
  • Manages the research and content social media channels.
  • Manages the website content and images for all content category pages.
  • Reports on content category website traffic.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to establish content calendars, deadlines, and production schedules that align with marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaign timelines.
  • Plays an active role in producing research and content webinars and video assets.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content production and distribution to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.


Professional Qualifications:

  • Passion for content production and marketing.
  • Good design sense and attention to detail
  • Proven experience with managing content production ideally with WordPress.
  • Experience in writing, copyrighting and editing professional content, ideally in technology or a related field.
  • Web and social content optimization experience
  • Project management experience with knowledge of Smartsheet's preferred.
  • Technical capabilities with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Adobe InDesign, Wordpress CMS.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.


Compensation

The Content Production Coordinator enjoys a competitive base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 based on experience and an annual performance bonus of up to 10% that assures a compelling overall compensation package.
