**Description**
The Springs Water Park at the newly renovated Ingleside Hotel is looking for energetic, friendly, outgoing people to work as a professional lifeguard at our indoor water park. Lifeguards are responsible for the safety and well-being of guests in our 45,000 sq ft indoor water park. You will respond to emergency situations by following established safety policies and procedures.
**Pay rate starts at $9.50 / hour. If you are available during the weekday, pay rate is $10.50-$13.00 / hour.**
**Free training for all Lifeguards, with opportunity for advancement!**
Previous lifeguard experience is not required; we will conduct all necessary training on-site.
Lifeguard Qualifications:
* At least 15 years of age with work permit, or older.
* Friendly and outgoing people who are comfortable and confident in interacting with people.
* Able to work for 8 hours in a warm, humid environment.
* Ability to provide extraordinary customer service to all guests by assisting all in a professional and caring manner.
* Continued employment is contingent on successful completion of Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training class.
* Previous lifeguard training/experience is not necessary.
* Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands. We are busiest on weekends, school breaks and holidays.
Qualified applicants must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test, background check and reference checks. The Ingleside Hotel is a drug free workplace.
