Position Overview: As a Temporary Administrative Assistant of Events, you will play a crucial role in supporting our events team in planning and executing successful events and programs. This is a dynamic position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in event coordination
within the non-profit sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events and programs
- Provide administrative support to the events team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, volunteers, vendors, and attendees to ensure smooth event logistics.
- Assist with logistical tasks such as venue coordination, guest registration, and on-site event support.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to events, attendees, and volunteers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning, administrative support, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Highest discretion with confidential documents and sensitive information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
