Litigation Associate Attorney


Job Details

Hinckley Allen is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its Boston office. The ideal candidate will have two (2) to four (4) years of experience representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes. The candidate should also be experienced with pleadings, motions and discovery practice, including e-discovery. Deposition and/or court appearances are a plus. Candidate must possess strong research, analytical and writing skills. Admission to Massachusetts Bar is required.


The position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant responsibility and hands-on experience in a collaborative and team-oriented work environment. Candidates must possess problem-solving skills and judgment, must excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, and must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
