5+ years experience diesel technician with class 7 and 8 vehicles required!
Must work Saturdays.
$30-40/hour
Automotive Shop in Summerville, SC is looking to add an experienced Diesel Mechanic (A or B Level) to the team. This company owns a fleet utilized for both residential and commercial purposes. They have a long established history is looking for an individual who has experience with heavy duty vehicles (class 7, 8). Seeking hard-working, self-starting individuals who enjoy solving complex problems and delivering excellent customer service to clients.
Requirements:
- Diesel mechanic (A or B Level) with experience in medium and heavy-duty vehicles (dump trucks, tri-axels, quads and tractor trailers)
- Additional diesel experience a huge positive!
- Skills in A/C, trouble shooting, electrical problems and diagnostic issues
- Understanding of theory of operations of vehicle
- Understanding of electrical diagnostics
- Love of the automotive industry
- Certifications highly recommended
