**Customer Service / Baker's Helper -- German Village $14- $15 hour**
Columbus, OH Kitties Bakery in German Village is searching for experienced Customer Service / Baker's Helper to join our growing team! Full and part-time positions are available.
Kitties team members are passionate about customer service and excited to be a friendly, neighborhood bakery. As a team, we invite guests into a warm, welcoming environment and serve moments of delight offering the made-from-scratch treats that our bakery cooks up each morning.
We are looking for full and part-time team members that are kind, cheerful, and passionate about working for a small business. . They are detail oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in a clean work-space.
Kitties Cakes is part of a hospitality organization with over 24 years of experience bringing guests together around a table and we take pride in making our baked goods daily, from scratch at our German Village bakery. **Benefits & Compensation:**
$ 11- 12 hour based on experience, tip share on top of this, avg $3 per hour.

**Job Duties:**
Develop a knowledge of products served at Kitties Cakes
Greet guests and customers with cheer, kindness, and a friendly demeanor.
Accurately take orders and operate the POS system following all cash and credit handling guidelines.
Effectively communicate with team members to execute orders, perform duties, and maintain efficient operations.
Prepare menu items and simple food orders by following clear recipes and processes.
Answer customer questions about the company, menu items and coffee selections.
Clean, sanitize and maintain caf, equipment and china.
Perform all work duties while maintaining company values.
**Required Qualifications:**
Cheerful and friendly demeanor
One year of experience in a comparable customer service role
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience with Square POS
*Some bakery experience
