We are currently working with a leading automation firm, who are looking to hire a Sales Manager for their Aerospace Division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong network of contacts within the aerospace industry, particularly at companies such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Rolls Royce, etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base within the aerospace industry, and will play a key role in driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the aerospace industry, focusing on major players such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Rolls Royce, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders within the aerospace industry, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate new leads.


Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the aerospace industry, particularly at companies such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Rolls Royce, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as engineering, business, or marketing) preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
