Magnify has an exciting new opportunity as a Director of Operations in the Aviation industry! This role is responsible for all operational control of flight functions. The Director of Operations must have extensive knowledge of FAA regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Final responsibility for all flight operations.
- Oversee and establish flight policies, instructions, procedures and information.
- Provide and maintain instructors for all areas of operations to maintain compliance.
- Meet all FAA requirements.
- Maintain communication and relationship with FAA personnel.
- Stay current on training and development regarding FAA regulations and TSA requirements
Requirements:
- Must have active pilot license.
- Must have expertise in FAA regulations and requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree, and 5+ years of 121/135 airline experience.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to develop training materials.
- Strong relationship building and leadership skills.
