**Description**

Duke Realty, one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the United States with industrial/logistical properties in 20 major U.S. cities, has an opportunity for an Operations Processor to join our Accounting team in our headquarter office located in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates must be attracted to a fast paced environment where responsiveness and customer service are highly valued. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

* Responsible for all imports, research, and data entry relating to vendor invoices and payments received from tenants and customers as applicable.

* Responsible for the review and data entry relating to the transactions needed to adjust the ledger payable/receivable balances as applicable.

* Customer Service develop and maintain relationships with our external and internal customers, ensure requests are completed timely and accurately.

* Miscellaneous administrative duties related to the ledger balances. Sorting and distributing all intercompany and incoming mail and facsimile communications. Reviewing and maintaining application systems with relevant account and record information. Maintenance of both physical and electronic files.

* May perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

**Requirements:**

* A minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience in accounting/customer service required.

* Possess strong initiative and effective organizational skills.

* Ability to establish and maintain rapport with various levels of professionals.

* Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficient in Excel.

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
