We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and increasing sales revenue. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with cold calling businesses, conducting onsite client visits, and building strong relationships with potential clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Visits: Schedule and conduct onsite client visits to present our products/services, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.


Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
