Job Description:
Questify Fitness, a leading gym center in Toledo, OH, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by managing inventory, organizing shipments, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
Pay Range: $850 - $1250 weekly

Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming merchandise. Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of products.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare shipping labels and documentation according to company procedures.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies. Report any issues to management and assist in resolving quality-related issues.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space. Arrange inventory shelves, racks, and bins for optimal efficiency and accessibility.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
