Looking for a Plaintiff's Side Personal Injury Attorney to join the Kinder Law Team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including discovery and Motions
- Assist with case management, including organizing and maintaining case files
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, depositions, and other legal proceedings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with the senior attorney on complex cases
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Texas State Bar
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficient in legal drafting and writing
- Ability to litigate cases effectively
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
- Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
