Manager Sales Finance

Job Details

A high-tech manufacturing company located in the Wilmington, MA area is actively seeking a Manager, Sales Finance. Reporting directly to the Regional CFO, the Manager, Sales Finance role entails overseeing a blended team locally and in Mexico to oversee various financial aspects, including sales programs, cash application, credit and collections, and customer master. The primary focus of the Manager, Sales Finance is to provide financial support to our sales force, aiding them in making informed business decisions through reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise local team members and collaborate with the extended team based in Mexico City.
• Provide financial support to sales operations and coordinate with other departments in Mexico City.
• Manage Financial Customer Service (FCS) functions such as credit and collections, cash application, and customer master.
• Act as a strategic partner to sales VPs and the CEO, maintaining regular communication and coordination.
• Review customer contracts before executive management approval.
• Take ownership of the balance sheet, leading periodic reviews of specific balances.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, including internal controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits of company financial records.
• Fulfill ad hoc requests to support business needs as they arise.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree is required
• 5+ years of management experience ideally
• SAP and Salesforce experience is preferred
• Ability to present in front of executive management
