Cinzetti's is unlike any other restaurant you have eaten at before!
When you enter the nearly 20,000 square foot building, which has been transformed into a "Tuscan Villa", you will be seated within one of our five unique dining rooms. Your server will be happy to enhance your dining experience by offering a variety of wines by the glass, a frozen Bellini, or after-dinner specialty coffees.
Now the experience begins...
You will find yourself roaming throughout a piazza where trained chefs are preparing fresh Italian food at 14 exhibition cooking stations. Up to 80 items on display, and all are yours for the sampling. Explore the various regions of Italy and experience the flavors of as many items as you choose, as often as you like. Your server will continue to offer you drinks, clean your table and offer you an after-dinner specialty coffee or drink. Finish off your meal by indulging in our fresh bakery or any of our 16 flavors of ice cream.

*Requirements*
* 1-3 years experience in a high volume restaurant management position
* Strong staffing knowledge, training, kitchen focus, P&L understanding
* Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
* Strong communication skills, organization skills, and attention to detail
* Full-service restaurant experience required, upscale casual to fine dining only, please

Pay: $59,733.86 - $65,106.70 per year
