THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
As a UX Researcher on our UXR team, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and deliver meaningful social XR products and features.
- Independently and collaboratively developing and executing research projects throughout all phases of the research cycle.
- Leading various research studies and contextualizing insights for stakeholders.
- Influencing product roadmaps and strategy based on research insights.
- Managing research vendors to augment the work of the research team.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Strong qualitative research skills, including conducting in-depth interviews, moderated prototype evaluations, thematic analysis, and generating clear narratives from user feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quantitative data analysis, experimental design, and triangulating data from multiple sources.
- Experience with storytelling to effectively communicate research findings.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and make autonomous decisions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bonus qualifications that would make you a star candidate:
- Proficiency in SPSS, Python, or Matlab.
- Experience in AR/VR or working with avatars.
- Ability to operate with minimal guidance.
- Strong track record of setting clear expectations, meeting deadlines, and being an efficient communicator.
