Job Title: LMD Operational Specialist (Claims)
Department: LMD Team (Last Mile Delivery)
Primary Responsibilities
50% Customer Claim Management
- Take service calls/customer claims and verify the details with the delivery agent
- Monitor the process of resolving claims
- (Set up customer claim resolution process)
- Analyze claim type and establish improvement for each type
- Communicate with relevant departments regarding claims
30% Return Management
- Classification of reasons for return
- Request RA to the person in charge of the order management
- Share the RA number to the warehouse manager for return processing
- Monitor/manage aging RA to be closed
20% Order Schedule Management
- Check the customer order information and details
- Share with order manager if there is a problem with customer order information
- Change/adjust the delivery date when requested by customer claims/inquiries
- Allocate and request additional resources as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent preferred
- Strategic thinker, self-starter, and team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Intermediate/Advance skills with MS Office suites.
- 1+ years of minimum experience in Transportation/Supply chain or related role (preferred)
- Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and concise communication skills with good attitude and ability to work in a team setting
- Prioritization, able to shift focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties
