ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide Maintenance Supervisors/Facilities Managers with project and work order updates
• Maintain schedule and perform interior and exteriorrepairs of buildings including painting, carpentry, and drywall
• Paintand caulk surfaces including but not limited to walls, ceilings, floors andtrim
• Determine materials and labor estimates
• Safelyerect and work on scaffolding/staging and ladders
• Replace hardware, electrical fixtures and appliances as required
• Maintain accurate records of all parts necessary for the completion of building maintenance, repairs and work orders
• Maintain accurate records of all parts,supplies and materials ordered and used in projects, work orders and othertasks
• Participatein updating and maintaininginventories for materials, supplies,tools, and equipment
• Perform routine facilities duties, including but not limited to maintenance andtechnical tasks, operations, maintenance on call rotation
• Additional duties asassigned
