The Position: We re looking for a Business Development Manager. The pay range we re offering is highly competitive and is designed for only Results Driven & Resourceful Sales Professionals.

We do want you to work from our office in Huntington Beach when not traveling.

Requirements:

Effective Time Management Skills

Create and Prioritize Lead Opportunities

Build Long Term Client Relationships

Component Sales to Industrial Manufacturers Experience is a big plus

Responsibilities:

Follow a successful sales process

Build great relationships with calls on a regular schedule, travel to go see them, and you can do this with about 50% of your time (oh yeah, you keep the travel miles.)

Invite participants and execute/host weekly webcast presentations

Manage sales pipeline using CRM, but know we use our CRM as a tool, not as a way to beat you over the head!

Continuously improve through training, coaching, and feedback. Charlie really is a cool boss

Invest in personal growth to advance their career and go make stuff happen

The ability to mitigate issues, overcome concerns, impart enthusiasm and enjoy your outcomes

Have fun at work and be a great member of a great team

The Location: Texas.
