Our PE client based in Columbia City Indiana is seeking to hire a seasoned and ambitious Divisional Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. You will be ideally CPA qualified with 5- 7 year s of hands on work experience within an International complex business.
You will be an accomplished finance leader able to manage junior accounts staff and deliver robust financial results to the CFO and SLT on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis . You will analyze the numbers and prepare all financial reports , statements, operating budgets and controls. In addition you will head up the accounts payable and receivable team and mentor and manage a team of junior accounts staff.
In addition you will provide analysis of the P&L , balance sheet, sales and margin reporting. You will also have responsibility for the co-ordination and preparation of budgets , forecast company business activity and financial performance in terms of income , cash flow forecasting.
Essential to this role is your previous background in working for an International business , ideally Private equity backed in order to be used to improving and augmenting processes and reporting systems and being able to provide answers to investors questions and implement suggested changes to ways of working. You will be used to liaising with external auditors and preparing regulatory returns in a timely manner.
