Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Assist shop supervisors manage workforce and daily work directives and safety protocols
Help with continuous improvement and cost savings ideas
Coordinate and organize shop projects
Help implement and maintain new and present procedures in all areas
Help monitor, train, and coach employees using a professional constructive criticism approach
Warehouse duties as assigned
Position Requirements
High School Diploma/GED Equivalence
1-3 years' experience in manufacturing or warehousing (leadership experience a plus)
Crane Operator experience/certification preferred
Able to work any shift (morning, afternoons, & evenings)
Must be able to complete criminal background check and drug screen per company guidelines
