Job Summary:
Senior Helpers, a leading healthcare company South Orange County, is looking for new caregivers to join our team! We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors. This role involves providing daily assistance and companionship to elderly clients, helping them live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $18 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. OT hours are highly likely for FT caregivers!

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, as needed
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Accompany clients to appointments and help with errands and shopping
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities
- Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
- Document all care provided in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Senior Helpers team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different personalities and environments
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
