Equipment Operator (Tractor/Loader)

The Equipment Operator is critically important to our growth and success. The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a tractor and providing quality lawn maintenance to large mowing areas safely and efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
* Mowing: primarily of highways, roadsides, large areas, and job sites
* Trash pickup of areas
* Seasonal services such as Spring Clean-up and Fall Clean-up
**Requirements:**
* Accountability
* Ensure work is being conducted safely for the employees, the customers, the public and our environment
* Ownership of Job
* Enhanced Driver's License preferred
**Compensation:**
* Hourly, based on experience
