Description:
The Casual Pool Specialist is an On Call/As Needed position which provides assistance and training to individuals with mental retardation and/or consumers with mental illness on an as needed basis in their residential and/or day setting. This position is designed to provide quality services as guided by Positive Practices and Person Centered Planning. This position is directly responsible to the Director. Expectation that the Casual Pool Specialist will be flexible with their scheduled work hours in order to meet minimum staffing requirements at all programs. In the event of unforeseeable emergencies, staff may be required to stay until relief arrives.
Requirements:
High School Graduate. Computer skills necessary. Current valid driver license. Must work 11 work shifts per month
