**About the opportunity**
As our business expands, we are seeking part-time Guardian Support Specialists (Tier 2) for our 24/7 Support Center. As a Guardian Support Specialist (Tier 2) you will provide professional and efficient technical support for both customers and internal requests.
In this role you will:
* Answer incoming phone calls and action tickets via a Zendesk ticketing platform
* Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating and coordinating engineering support where necessary
* Create and update information which supports our clients and distributors
* Facilitate software releases and assist in RMA troubleshooting and testing.
**About you**
You will be working in a team that is responsible for assisting customers and resolving technical issues, so an interest in working with our customers and a strong desire to help them solve their technical issues is a must. Some aspects of the work can be time sensitive, so you need to be comfortable being able to deliver good quality work in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.
We will provide you all the training you need to perform the role; however, an interest in computer technology would assist you to understand our business and how we work with customers.
We value the breadth and depth of experience that our people bring to their work. We are seeking people with an interest in computers and technology who are also comfortable dealing with people in a call center environment. Ideally, we are looking for people who have:
* Experience working in a fast paced, customer service environment
* Experience in call center, customer service or similar
* Familiar with the use of MS Office specifically MS Word and Excel
* Basic Windows Operating System experience
We are looking for people who are seeking the flexibility that part-time shift work can offer. The shift schedules are 5:30am 2PM, 1:30PM to 10PM and 9:30PM to 6AM. As a part time employee, you can expect to work between 24-32 hours per week, with the potential for additional shifts as required.
These roles are based in Tucson, Arizona, and you must have the right to live and work in the USA to be eligible for appointment.
